The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released its schedule of engineering services (preliminary) exams. The tests will be held on July 18, according to the latest notification. The deadline to register for the test is April 27.
UPSC ESE 2021 Examination in Two Pali Will be held
Let’s say the UPSC ESE 2021 exam is conducted in two ways. General Studies and Engineering Aptitude Paper will be held from 10 am to 12 noon at 2 pm. On the other hand, discipline-specific civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecom engineering papers will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm for 3 hours.

The paper on General Studies and Engineering Aptitude consists of objective type questions and is up to 200 marks. Discipline-specific papers, on the other hand, contain material types of questions and contain 300 marks. There is also a negative mark in all the papers. The 1/3 mark is deducted for the wrong answer. However, candidates will not be able to make any negative mark if they do not answer a specific question.

Let us tell you that UPSC ESE will be conducted in three stages. Candidates who are eligible for the preliminary examination will be eligible to attend the 2nd stage or the main examination. Candidates who qualify for the Level-2 examination are called the Level-3 or Personality Test.
