Assam HSLC HS Exam canceled: The Assam government has decided to cancel the 10th and 12th exams in the state. State Education Minister Ranoz Pegu gave this information on Friday. Due to corona, students have long been demanding the cancellation of these tests. The government has been brainstorming the issue for several days now. CBSE and all state boards have canceled board exams so far due to the corona epidemic.
For the past several days, it has been discussed that board examinations can be conducted if the coronavirus infection rate in the state is 2% or less. However, the coronal infection rate in the state in June was 3.24. The government has taken this decision into consideration. Corona infection is significantly less in the state but the threat still remains. In the last 24 hours, around 3000 coronary cases have been reported in the state.
All board exams have been canceled so far
All Central and State Boards including CBSE have decided to cancel the 10th and 12th exams here because of corona. These include Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Telangana, Rajasthan, Goa and Gujarat. The outbreak of the second wave of the corona is now gradually decreasing.
CBSE and West Bengal Board have released assessment criteria
The CBSE Board on Thursday released the criteria for evaluation of 12th standard students. The board also announced the release date of the students’ results. Apart from this, the West Bengal Board has set standards on Friday. Soon other state boards may also take a decision on this. Currently, all boards are churning about this.
