The Delhi government will be implementing a devotional curriculum in the capital’s public schools from September 28, with the aim of assisting 12th graders from nursery to become “active and committed citizens”. According to officials, 41 mentor teachers, nine NGO partners and experts have been instrumental in developing and implementing the curriculum between June and July this year. The Principals of Delhi Government Schools have been requested to send Nodal Teachers’ names before September 27, as these teachers will be required to conduct orientation sessions for all Patriot Teachers of the respective groups before implementing the curriculum.
