Residential schools are open
In a new order issued on Monday, Ram Subhag Singh, chief secretary and chairman of the state executive committee, said that “all schools except residential schools will be closed till 25.09.2021.” He said the faculty and non-teaching staff will continue to visit the school. The order stated that the standard operating procedure developed by the Department of Education for the residential departments would be followed to prevent the spread of Kovid-19.

Residential schools are mandatory to follow Kovid-19

The ordinance states that residential schools must adhere to strict Kovid-19 protocols such as mask wear, maintaining social distance and frequent use of hand sanitizers. The government has once again banned the opening of schools due to the epidemic. Notably, the schools were closed until 14 September 2021. However, the government has opened up residential schools.
