Evaluation of 12th Class Board Exam: The Supreme Court will hear a case on Thursday on how the boards of all states, including CBSE and ICSE, will evaluate 12th grade students. A petition has been filed in the court and the high court will hear the matter. In view of the corona’s threat, all central and state boards have recently decided to cancel the 12th board exams. Since then, boards have been brainstorming on assessment standards. CBSE is expected to make its standards known to the court at Thursday’s hearing. Millions of students are eagerly waiting for their results.
Which is the evaluation formula
A few days ago, CBSE formed a 13-member committee to determine the assessment criteria for 12th grade students. This panel is accepting standards. If the sources are to be believed, the CBSE panel favors the 30:30:40 formula for recommending 12th grade students’ assessment criteria. This means that 30% wage will be given for the final result of class 10 and 11 and 40% wage for pre-board examination of 12th standard.
To date, board exams have been canceled in many states
Except for CBSE and ISC, 12th class exams have been canceled in many states. These include Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Telangana, Goa and Gujarat. The Telangana government has recently taken a decision to cancel the board exams.
