Telangana government canceled 12th board exam The state government has announced today. The decision to cancel the tests was taken at a meeting of the state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. At this meeting, many topics ranging from latching to agriculture, the state of the economy and education were discussed.
Previously the 12th test had been postponed
The Telangana State Intermediate Education Board (TSBIE) had earlier decided to postpone all the intermediate exams for the second year students from May 1 to 19. The decision was made after the situation was reviewed in the first week of June. It is said that the dates of the exams will be announced with a minimum of 15 days notice,
Many states have canceled board exams so far
Significantly, the Narendra Modi government at the Center recently canceled the CBSE 12th exam in view of the second wave of deadly coronavirus in the country. Several states including Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, UP, West Bengal and Maharashtra have canceled the 10th and 12th exams following the Center’s decision. At the same time, many states are still considering the matter. These states are expected to make a final decision soon.
