JPSC Civil Services Exam 2021: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released the details of the State Integrated Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2021. The test will be held on September 19. Preliminary Examination of JPSC State Combined Civil Services 2021 admission card will be issued on September 4th. Candidates who have registered for the examination can download the admission card by visiting the JPSC portal from 12 noon.
The JPSC test is conducted in two phases, the first shift is from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift is from 2 pm to 4 pm.
A total of 245 posts will be recruited
The JPSC will select and recommend candidates for recruitment to a total of 245 vacancies through this examination. Out of the total vacancies, 44 vacancies are Deputy Deputy Inspector General, 40 Police Sub-Inspector post, 16 District Coordinator post, 2-2 Jail Superintendent and Assistant Director post, 65 Assistant Municipal Commissioner post, 41 Jharkhand Education Service II, Junior Registrar Assistant, 10 6, 9 for the post of Planning Officer and 17 for the post of Probation Officer.
Pre-qualified candidates appear in the main exam
The examination consists of two compulsory papers of 200 marks each. This is normal study-1 and general study-11. Each paper has a duration of 2 hours. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the main examination. The selection list for the main examination is prepared based on the total number of marks obtained in both papers.
