New Delhi: The fourth session of the JEE-Main 2021 of the Engineering Entrance Examination has been postponed and now the exam will be held between August 26th and September 2nd. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan gave this information on Thursday.
The Minister of Education said the decision was taken to give students four weeks’ time in between these important exams. Previously it was proposed to hold the fourth session of the JEE-Main Examination from July 27 to August 2.
“Because of the huge demand from the student body and to help the candidates perform better, the National Investigation Agency has indicated a four-week gap between the two periods of the JEE (Main) Exam 2021. It will be held on 31 August and 1 and 2. 7.32 lakh candidates have registered themselves for the fourth session of the JEE (Main) -2021 exam.
Registration is underway for the fourth session of the JEE-Main and the registration date will be extended till July 20, the minister said.
