FSSAI Examination: There is a major update for candidates preparing for the FSSAI Recruitment Exam 2022. The Indian Food Safety and Quality Authority (FSSAI) has postponed the written examination of the Computer Based Test (CBT) and various posts under the prescribed selection process for the direct recruitment of a total of 254 Group A and other posts. According to a notification issued by the authority, all these tests are scheduled to be postponed due to the spread of the Kovid-19 epidemic in different parts of the country. Let’s say the FSSAI will conduct these tests at various centers across the country from January 17 to January 20, 2022.
The FSSAI issued two separate recruitment advertisements on 30 September 2021 for the recruitment of more than 250 posts, and the application process ran from 13 October to 12 November 2021. Of these, a total of 21 posts of Assistant Directors and Deputy Managers will be recruited under the first advertisement (No. DR-03/2021) and the second will be the Technical Officer, Central Food (No. DR-04/2021). A total of 233 posts are to be recruited for the Safety Officer (CFSO), Assistant Manager, Assistant and other posts. The FSSAI has recently issued the admission cards of the candidates who applied for these posts on 20 December 2021. After this the candidates were now waiting for the exam to be administered.
New exam dates have not yet been announced
On the other hand, the FSSAI has not yet announced the new date for the tests for recruitment to various posts, including Group A. Will be issued at the appropriate time as instructed by the Authority. In such case, the candidates should refer to the official website fssai.gov.in.
