Failing to pass the interview round 11 times in the competitive exams, Sushil Suman succeeds

Childhood is spent in poverty
Sushil Suman hails from Jharkhand where there is a shortage of facilities. His parents were farmers and his financial position was poor. He got good marks in high school and intermediate, which boosted his confidence. After this he cleared IIT entrance due to self study. He received his engineering degree from IIT Roorkee. He made up his mind to go to UPSC from here. He also rejected a good job offer for the UPSC.

Becoming a teacher frustrated by failures
Many times he began teaching in coaching when he passed the UPSC various exams. For almost 4 years he worked in many organizations in the country. He got married in 2016 and encouraged his life partner to prepare again. From here he started preparing again. Even after this, he failed three times, but with the support of the family, in 2020 he took a place in Indian Engineering Services.
