Delhi University Admission 2021: The University of Delhi will launch the registration process for 65,000 undergraduate (UG) courses from August 2. The deadline for registration is August 31st. The first cut-off list can be announced between September 7th and 10th. This information was provided by Acting Vice Chancellor PC Joshi on Saturday.
The registration process for the 20,000 seats for postgraduate (PG) courses will start from July 26, the last date for registration is August 21, he said. “To make the enrollment process hassle free, the portal for enrollment will soon be launched, which will make it easier for students to fill out the form, pay the fee and check all the details,” he said.
The entire process of access is online
According to the university, enrollment in the sports quota will be based on certificates as of last year. “We had an intensive meeting with our education committee and are now coming out with the admission dates for this academic session,” Joshi said. He said the admission process would be completely online as last year. In addition, the registration process for Mphil and PhD will start from July 26 and the last date is August 21.
There is no change in the eligibility criteria
Joshi said, “Enrollment for undergraduate courses will be based on merit as in the previous year. There will be no change in the eligibility criteria of the candidates.” .
The first cut-off list will be released in September
According to the university, the first cut-off will be released in the first week of September and the academic session will begin in the second week of October. Rajiv Gupta, president of the nomination process, said: “We expect the first cut-off to be released between September 7 and 10. The enrollment process is likely to be completed by September. We are expecting the new academic session to start October 1, but if the process takes longer, we are planning to start maxing out by October 18 this year. “The academic session of Delhi University started from October 18 last year.The university cut-off has been increasing continuously for the past few years and in some colleges the cut-off has increased to 100 per cent last year.
