Ashutosh Kulkarni is a native of Pune, Maharashtra. He then joined MA (History) in Mechanical Engineering. It was then decided to prepare for UPSC. He chose his ideology very thoughtfully and started preparing after doing the right technique. He was confident he would clear the test soon, but it took him a long time to get here.
What was the journey of the UPSC?
Ashutosh Kulkarni took the UPSC exam for the first time in 2016, in which he was unable to succeed. After this, he reached the UPSC interview round two consecutive times, but could not make it to the final list. Despite this, he did not lose courage and made the fourth attempt better. This time his strategy worked and he got the All India Rank 44. Thus, in 2019, his dream of becoming an IAS was fulfilled.

Ashutosh advises others
Ashutosh believes that you should make small notes while preparing. With these notes, you can easily revise the entire syllabus a few days before the paper. They believe that you should practice maximum revision and answer writing so that you can write better on the exam. Instead of being frustrated by failures, he says, we should fix our shortcomings. If we do this we will definitely succeed.
